Elevation Rope 2025 Ticket Policies

We're excited you're interested in Elevation Rope 2026! To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please ensure you read and understand the following ticket policies. After reviewing the information below, contact us if you have further questions.​​

Ticket Purchases

​

  • Plan to attend: We understand life happens, but please only purchase a ticket if you're confident you can attend. However, there are in almost all cases options available to you should something arise. Please see our Refunds, Changes, and Transfers section below for our policies on these matters.
     

  • One registration form and ticket per person: Separate registration forms are required for each attendee. Ticket purchases become the property of the person whose name is listed as the attendee on the registration form. No placeholder or duplicate tickets are allowed to be registered.​​

  • ​

  • Please indicate whether you will need an RV site or Tent site on your registration form. All sites are primitive, without hook-ups. Restrooms and showers are available on site.

Payment Schedule

​

  • 50% of the total cost of your tickets and lodging are due upon registration. The remaining balance is due by Friday, July 17, (or Thursday, July 16, if you add on Early Arrival) prior to Check-In.​​

Refunds, Changes, and Transfers

​

  • Can't make it? We get it. If something comes up and you can't attend, you have options. Refunds, gifting or selling to another attendee, and payment transfers to our 2027 event are all available through June 1, 2026. Between June 1, 2026 and July 17, 2026, only payment transfers to our 2027 event will be available.
     

  • The Nitty Gritty:
     

    • Refundable through June 1, 2026: Request a refund by email by June 1, 2026 and your payment(s) will be refunded. Refunds are not available beyond this date. Please see below for your option in this case.
       

    • Gift or sell your ticket: Spread the rope love! You can choose to transfer your payment(s) or ticket  to someone else by June 1st, 2026. Just contact us with the new attendee's information. Note that they’ll also need to complete their registration form by June 1, 2026 in order to finalize the transfer. If either you or the new attendee miss these deadlines, the transfer won't be possible, and your payment(s) will automatically be transferred to Elevation Rope 2027.
       

    • Transfer to 2027: Notify us by email by July 17, 2026 of your desire to transfer your ticket, and we'll happily transfer your payment(s) to Elevation Rope 2027; in the case of a transfer, your 2026 payments will come off your ticket price for the 2027 event. You'll just need to formally register during that event's ticketing period to update your information. Please note that your payment(s) will only be transferable to the next year’s event (ie, they cannot be transferred again to 2028; should the need arise to canc el again, your payment(s) from 2026 and any from 2027 become nonrefundable.)
       

    • After June 1, 2026: After June 1, 2026, cancellations or your inability to attend Elevation Rope 2026 for any reason become non refundable as well as non transferable to another attendee. However, your payment(s) can still be transferred toward the cost of Elevation Rope 2027 if we are notified between June 2, 2026 and July 17, 2026. If we are not notified by July 17, 2026 of your inability to attend, your payment(s) become nonrefundable and non transferable in any capacity. Exception: If you test positive for COVID-19 and are unable to attend, your ticket cost/payment will be transferred to the cost of the 2027 convention.​

Event Cancellation

​

While highly unlikely, if Elevation Rope 2026 is canceled, your ticket will be automatically transferred to the 2027 event. However, you can also request a refund by contacting us

Planning an event takes a lot of time and resources. These ticketing policies help us manage those costs and ensure a smooth experience for everyone involved.
