Work out your inner kinks as you open, stretch, and surrender to the compressive squeeze of the aerial hammock. In this restorative, slow-paced practice, you are invited to explore the contrast of control and restriction within the binds, balancing it with the sweet relief of giving in to the hold of the silks.

Utilizing a low hammock setting and single-point rigging, we will tap into deep pressure therapy principles and foundational rope-tying shapes to melt away stress and tension.

Hammock spots are limited, but floor-based modifications are available so everyone can participate. This is an all-access experience—all shapes, sizes, and experience levels are warmly welcomed.
